Our online ordering system has been changed to a new platform that we hope will improve your experience and offer you a better service.

Existing username and passwords

We’ve tried to import your username and logon details across for a smoother transition and to get you up and running on the new system straight-away.

Due to the new system having a minimum of 6 characters for the username and password, some of you will not be able to logon with the exact username and password you had before. In these cases we have increased the length of your username or password by adding a number of x’s to make it up-to 6 characters. Therefore if it was ‘smith’ it would now be ‘smithx’, - or if it was ‘ben’ it will now be ‘benxxx’.

In some circumstances the username was not allowed because it was used elsewhere on the Virtual warehouse, in this case just add an extra ‘x’ to the end of your original username, or if it's very popular then we've added the first part of your postcode to the end of your username. Contact your issuing depot if you have any problems.

Once logged on, click on the spy glass along the top right-hand side to search stock. It’s quite straight-forward to use, but if you have any problems then please contact us.
